Return Policy

If the item you ordered arrives damaged, faulty, or does not work as intended, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery to request a return. Please take few pictures of damage.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after returned items have been received.

For model kits, please check the parts before open. The return policy will not apply to items that plastic bags already opened. 

If your order arrives damaged due to courier mishandling, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery to request a claim. Please provide us with photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging. Once we have received your request and reviewed the photos, we will apply for claim from NZ Post. It might take 1-3 weeks to process. 

Pre-Order Policy

To pre-order a product, $40 or 20% if over $200 deposit is necessary to lock the order, which can only be paid through manual bank transfer. Please note that there will be no refunds for any cancellations.

The pre-ordered item is expected to arrive NZ 2-3 months after its release date in Japan. Please note that the release date is subject to change due to manufacturing reasons
